You can choose between 3 different nutrition coaching options; 1x 60 minutes, 2 months package and as a new addition; 5-weeks course-style program. Your Nutritionist will help to determine which would be the best option for you. You will get a food diary with instructions and other forms to fill out.
In this 45-60 min meeting we will talk more deeper about the pre-information forms, medical and diet history, activity levels, wellness etc. and we also go through the food diary you have filled out. This will help us to choose what type of nutrition coaching approach will be the most beneficial for you and what kind of changes would be needed
This is where you have your new meal plan to follow and other small adjustments that might be needed for you to be able to progress. During this progress part, you and the coach have brief weekly check ins where you can ask anything that is on your mind and tell how the nutrition coaching has been going so far.
There will be monthly meeting, 45-60min, motivational support, wellness and fitness tips to help you stay on a right track and help you reach your wellbeing goals.
